Why do you think that Herseal thought it was odd that Clem was with Lee. You would think with the zombie outbreak and all hell breaking loose. Why it would be odd . I mean would you question that a neighbor is looking after her. Or that stranger had found her when people r being killed and dying. And that families r being ripped apart or kids being displaced.

It's 'cause Hershel is racist. I thought it was weird too.

Hershel did not think that it was actually the apocalypse.

Because Lee 'found' her and he just met her.

because this is very early after the outbreak and hershel doesn't even fully know about the apocalypse. this can easily seen when during the conversation with shawn he says that reinforcing the fences wouldn't be necessary. He has no clue about anything at that point of the game.

Actually, he agrees with shawn if Chet dies.

It's because Lee is urban.
