What happened during those 3 months?

I really want know what happened. Having Kenny and Lilly only remembering the trust-issue at Ep 1 seems.. I don't know. AND I want to see Mark back again. :D
Saving him at that Infested Air Force Base would be totally awesome.

So basically, IF ANY WALKING DEAD DEV SEES THIS, will we ever get to experience the survival of the Motor Inn during those 3 months???
