The Walking Dead fanfiction recommendations?
 

Telltale's the Walking Dead got me so immersed in the world and the characters that I'm not quite willing to give them up yet. I've watched the TV show and read quite a bit of the comics and while they're entertaining, they don't resonate with me like the story and characters of the game. Thus, I'm looking for good fanfiction focusing specifically on the game version of the Walking Dead but I haven't had a lot of luck so far. I guess this is not too surprising since season 1 only finished a short time ago and it takes time to write good stories. Of course, 99% of all fanfiction tends to be poorly written, but I'm hoping if people can recommend good stories, I could greatly increase the chances of finding something I like. So, anything worth reading out there yet?

I'm going to be doing one soonish - as in, I've started, just haven't posted on the site yet. It'll start off with a predominantly OC group, but they meet up with Lee's early on. Might post back here then...but yeah, can't really find any good TWD fanfiction myself, kind of a bummer.

Yeah, I read that one. I think the writing is adequate and the central premise of the story is interesting enough that I'll keep up with it for now.

We need some good fan fiction that takes place between EP1 and EP2. I mean that's 3 whole months so it gives you plenty of time to work with, and we get to see someone's interpretation of going to the air force base, introducing Mark, and their decline into starvation up to EP2.

This is a fanfic that I would highly recommend. ;)

Don't mean to seem like I'm only here to plug my own work, but I have a fanfic currently called "Lee's Second Chance" which is literally about him being given a second chance at life, starting on the day of the outbreak. But this time he has all the memories from his past life.

It's more supernatural than anything else. I try to keep the tenses right and the grammar proper. Currently, though, I am taking a break on it until after Christmas.

It only covers Episode 1 so far.
