Walking Dead Save not being read as it should
 

I finished the 1st chapter of The Walking Dead on Mac and then closed it as usual.

When I decided to start chapter 2, it doesn't get my choices from the 1st one.

If I go to chapter 1 again and try to load the game, it only gives me the option to start chapter 1 from the beginning.

I have the save files backed up from when I finished the 1st chapter, but they aren't being read as they should(I read somewhere that a STATS option appears when you select a chapter you've finished. Mine doesn't, even though I was at the credits already).

Any solutions there? Not steam here.
