how do you select when no option appears?

Great. I'm stuck in episode one at the patio door. Neither right clicking or left clicking select the door to open it. All I can get is "I wonder if anybody is at home?". Help!

put the cursor on the door handle and scroll down to the hand and click it

Hi I kindda have the same issue, but I play from the iPad 3, when I'm at the backyard looking for clementine, I just look at the shed, it doesn't give me the option "open shed" so I'm stuck, can't do anything... HELP

you cant open the shed the only door you can open is the sliding back door and i am not sure how to do it on the ipad sorry
