Stuck unlocking The Walking Dead
 

Hi. I just purchased, downloaded and install The Walking Dead for PC. I run it and it asks for login and password to unlock it. I provide them, the login window closes... and nothing else happens. Just the title screen with a scolling text on top and cricket sounds. That's it.

Is it there any lag or server problem? The website is quite slow, taking me several MINUTES to open any page. I tested pinging the domain and it answers quite fast and without any lost packet. No problem from the DNS side.

Can anybody help me?

Please make sure you have entered your login information correctly. If the login failed, sometimes the error message may be behind the game window, so use ALT-TAB to see if this is the case. Also remember that your login is case sensitive, and if your account name has any special characters, try using your email address instead.
