Purchased things don't download!

I'm in China,and yesterday it cost me 98RMB for the rest four episodes.

But it won't finish downloading ,just keep saying something like"lost connecting " please fix it ASAP.

I had the same problem as you. Click this link below. I was able to download episodes 2 to 5. Credits to ali-r and DjNDB for finding the solution to download The Walking Dead: The Game episodes.

Well ,most user like me in China don't have a chance to see these things .

It cost them some money but the downloads didn't work at all.

Do you think it's possible to fix it so we could directly download it from our Iphones?

I think its good for this awsome game, also the reputation of the TTG.:D

Did you try the python script?

I don't know why you can't download from the iPhone.
How does your iPhone connect to the internet when it fails? WiFi or GSM/3G/...?

Wait. You mean the files on the thread don't work at all? The thread is the only solution for now... TTG hasn't fixed the problem yet, although MattP and the TTG team know the problem.
