No Back to the Future Game
 

I ordered the Walking Dead and Almost Everything Pack which says the Back To The Future game is included. Everything except that game shows up under "Your Games". How to I get this game that's supposed to be included?

Seriously! No reply from the company?

The game is supposed to be in the package I bought!

I have checked your account and all games distributed in the Almost Everything Pack are included in your order. If you are still experiencing problems, please try logging out and back into your account.

It's still not there. I've tried logging out and back in, tried different browsers and computers and it's not showing up.

This is horrible customer service. You're leaving me, and many other people hanging with the same issue. I've sent an e-mail as well and still haven't heard back.

Unbelievable! I will never purchase anything from you again!
