You could've said to go to the map and click on Paris again when your already in Paris, and Sultry will be waiting on the bridge.

You should generally spoiler it outright and give a vague hint, even better to use progressive hints.

Ouch... thats an evil solution... I think I would never have figured that out by myself, except accidentally, because I almost never click on the mapicon for the Place I am at.

solution

Go to lab and get the knife. Go to brainblow city and use it on the stickanee tree. Dangeresque will cut a branch off. Go to Cutesy buttons house and use the branch on the onion patch. It will grow into the stickanee flower. Put the flower on the pedrestrial in paris and talk to her. You will end up with the ruby and a diamond.
