Toonstruck
After years upon years of hearing about it and never being able to find a copy, I finally snagged and played Toonstruck, and it was worth every second of wait.
It kind of got lost in the mix, as did most late 90s adventures, but it was entirely unique in that the main character was a digitized Christopher Lloyd in a Saturday-morning-cartoon-quality animated world. It's a bit like Sam & Max, with the snarky companion and dark humor. (Sadomasochistic cow getting whipped by a dominatrix sheep. Yeah. And yet it got a T rating.) Has anybody else played this? |
They spend too much money on the FMV and the drawings instead on the gameplay and the game graphics. It would of been a good direct-to-video movie but they tried to make a game out of it.

It was an entertaining game. I enjoyed it. The cast is a pretty impressive collection of voice actors, for a video game of that era.
