Monkey Island pre-order as gift?

Hi,
I would like to pre-order Monkey Island as a gift. On the support pages I read:

After adding the game to your cart, check of "I'm buying this game as a gift for someone else" on the shopping cart page. Then proceed through checkout. At the end of checkout, you will see instructions for sending your gift.

The problem is I can't find any ""I'm buying this game as a gift for someone else" option on the shopping car page...

How do I pre-order MI as a gift?

Preorders can't be gifted. Once the first episode is released on July 7, you'll have the option to gift it.
