For those of you who were not a part of the Monkey Island community back in the days, there was a lot of fanart, as can be seen here

I don't know about you guys but I got inspired right away when I saw the Tales of Monkey Island footage and I've been sketching like a madman the past two days.

Any artists in here? I'm curious if we'll see some new ecxiting work. And I of course hope dat some old favorites like Ado will come back to make some more masterpieces :)

I looove making Monkey Island fan art, but I don't think it's kosher anymore. Not that it ever was.

LucasArts should have hired him to make the new "Secret of Monkey Island (Special Edition)" cover artwork, instead of the odd character designs seen here:

I'm still secretly hoping that Paco will someday finish his Secret of Monkey Island comic someday, and if Tales doesn't get him inspired, nothing will.

Tales has pulled Paco back in to some degree, as he and Dalixam are working on www.talesofmi.net !

They don't have the artwork I used for my avatar :( . I lost the file on my hard drive ages ago and can't remember where I got it from now...

I just preordered My copy of Tales of Monkey Island and I decided to go to forum...and what a pleasant surprise.

Thank you Junaid for all those kind words and hopefully sometime soon I'll do more work.

I love Paco's comic. Maybe if he finishes it he can get it published through Telltale (with LA's permission of course)

Your MI art was and is some of my favorite! I hope you go against your own (better?) judgement, and make some more someday.

Yeah! I remember the great site World of Monkey Island! I submitted some of tha fanart back in 2003... Check the artist ''Kristoffer Kjær''! :D
