Whenever I try to stop Specs, he runs away, the same with Whizzer. I know stopping Specs has to do with the spray can and stopping Whizzer has to do with making him use the restroom, but I can't figure out what to do from there. Thanks for your help.

Here's a starter hint: Whenever Whizzer uses the bathroom, he drops everything he was holding. Maybe that could be useful :)

Also, talk to Bosco about his security system.

for specs...consider what is important to him...and how you can disturb it so that he is in a vunerable position...if you need more specific help let me know...

I cannot figure out how to get Whizzer still after reading this... I understand he drops his box when he goes to the bathroom, but I cannot do anything with it... I can set off the alarm, but that only knocks me down. Can someone tell me what to do? I can get the other 2 guys...

Bosco's security system will knock out anyone that tries to steal one of his store items. If only you could get Whizzer to steal something inadvertently...
