Most disturbing puzzle ever
Okay people, if you haven't finished the game, don't read this.de Singe in the idol has got to be the most twisted and disturbing puzzle Telltale has ever created, and that recording session ... I will be forever grateful I was not there!:p Naturally, I loved it. I wonder what some parents will think of that puzzle though. "Johnny! What are you doing to that man!"
|
Yeah I was highly disturbed by that puzzle...
|
Lol. You gotta beat the bad guy, though!
The guy was gonna chop off your hand, and killed/maimed countless pirates. It's nowhere near as disturbing as the grizzly death at the end of the first game: Death by root beer. |
I'm not sure it's the sounds of pain they're referring to :D
|
I honestly couldn't distinguish between the sounds of pain and the, err, 'other' sounds.

I actually forgot De Singe made sounds other than pain. It only took about 4 moves to get the right formation, so I almost didn't notice. I think I only heard one "other" sound.
|
I thought it was genius, I laughed a lot, De Singe is sooooooo wicked. :p
Top performance by Jared, the guy keeps stunning me. |
That's the way I solved the puzzle, by those sounds.

Lol, there's quite a lot of masochism in this episode... The Monkey getting shocked, DeSirge in the idol, and Guybrush always smacking himself.
Subliminal messages? |
Why does Guybrush say De Singe doesn't have the "right slots" for the weathervane? I don't get it. Am I supposed to do something to give him the right slots? Kidding. XD
