Stuck at the doctors

Hi,

I'm stuck at de Singe's waiting for him to cut my hand off

I've got the monkey out of the cage,shocked him and given him a banana, got him to put my hand on the projector but I can't figure out what more there is to do to escape.

Any hints or help appreciated.

Have you noticed that the monkey does something related to the picture that is shown whenever you press the banana-pedal?

You need to get the monkey to where the key is.

If you need a stronger hint
keep changing the picture and shocking the monkey and giving him bananas
