Title update fixes episode selection but not Glitching during Gameplay

I just downloaded the Title Update and it did fix the issues with the episode selection but I am still unable to play any level due to the freezing and glitching.

I have the same I even wiped my hard drive of all...

I have the same I even wiped my hard drive of all other games to see if that would work , it did not. I too have updated the Title Game.

your not going to believe this but i just went...

your not going to believe this but i just went through them all again and now its not letting me play them, its starting over on episode 1. The first time I tried them though they all started first...

I am also playing or attempted to play the game...

I am also playing or attempted to play the game on a flat screen.There is absolutely nothing you can do during the action scenes.

Very Disappointed

I too bought the disc for XBox and am experiencing the same issues that are described above. I want to know what telltale intends to do about this issues considering the game is useless.
