Are you playing it fullscreen with the graphics settings turned way down? It's also potentially caused by an overactive virus scanner. You could try turning off as many programs as humanly possible...

Don't give up yet! The mention was removed because people kept thinking it was already out. I'm not sure of the Wii time-frame, but I'm pretty sure the iFrame is pretty darn soon.

I'd make sure you have plenty of space on your hard drive, but other than that, clearing out your internet cache and redownloading is probably your best bet. I'm sure it's just a corrupted download.
