I preordered ToMI in May/June 2009. Later when the dvd was available I forgot to order it. Is this special edition dvd no longer available? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Toonstruck was the first adventure game I ever played, and I loved it! That's how I got into adventure games in the first place :) There were supposed to be a sequel, but it never got released...
