its still not giving an option for an "english"...

its still not giving an option for an "english" download for pc like all the other parts have. its in german when downloaded. and a lot of people are saying this one is asking for a serial key?

I dont know what is wrong. i loaded get tannen last night. and then the telltale servers were down for a little while and ever sine they came back i can play the game but there is no load game option...
