I noticed something else. If I load my file that says episode one even though I'm at the end of episode 2, and instead of finishing it I go back to the main menu, the save file changes to episode 2...

I had the same problem with episode 5. I tried to fix it myself since TellTale wasn't doing anything but I gave up and decided to start over from episode 1.
I also had only one save that always...
