Had this issue on my Mac ever since the episode was released. Telltale have done nothing about this so far. It's appalling customer support and as far as I can tell affects the majority of Mac users.

Telltale has some of the worst customer support...
Telltale has some of the worst customer support in the industry. Had similar problems with Monkey Island. Once they've got your money, they just seem to be happy to go silent and get problems sorted...
