It worked ! I downloaded last version, and happily my save was still there. I was able to keep playing from where I left the game, just had to rewind one checkpoint.

Happened to me too, on european psn

I'm a french player, and it happened to me too. Don't even play on save slot 3, only on 1 and 2. My save got corrupted on my second playthrough of episode 4, just when Lee (spoiler) begins to climb...
