The Walking Dead Game Unable to adv. past episode 1

Can anyone help me, I have tried 2 different game discs but still cannot load any episodes past 1. Is there a patch available?:(

Have you heard anything back yet? I even exchanged the game for another copy and the same problem so it has to be a deck compatibility issue. Have you received anything back?:mad:

Unhappy new disc, same problem

I exchanged the disc yesterday and the same problem exists, cannot go past episode 2. This has got to be the most frustrating xmas gift yet. There has got to be an answer out there. what is it?

I bought my copy through a retail outlet and it had the same problem of not allowing playing episodes 2-5. I returned the disc, exchanged it for a new one and the same problem...obviously the odds...

We have the same problem, the menu of all the episodes state as being "installed" but when you try to access play on any of them it immediately reverts back to episode 1
