yeah, just played this and got it "wrong" even though i'd provided what was an acceptable solution in my eyes..

it is due to the way that the meaning of "next to" changes between rule 2 and rule...

i think probably all that can fix it for most of us is a patch on the game itself.

having the same problem here. episode 1 ran fine...

machine is AMD Athlon XP, Geforce 6800 (latest drivers), 512MB Ram, XP SP2 incase any of that is helpful!

crashes with that error every 3-5...
