Did you people try loading a different savegame? This only ever happened to me once, when loading a saved game. When i loaded another one it was gone and i have since finished the episode twice...

Yeah like Taller Ghost Walt said the one that worked for me is v1.0 located at the widescreengamingforum wiki. Derrick: I did try setting the resolution to pretty much every option available ingame....
