Unhappy My preorder of Puzzle Agent was mistakenly registered to my account as a gift

Now how do I play it if is registered as a gift I'm supposed to send to someone else?

Things tried:

1. Logging in with my telltale account did not work.
2. Entering the Gift Redemption Code...
