You just have to write to itunes store support....

You just have to write to itunes store support. They will ask you your purchase number and other info about the app. It is really simple and quick (as appose to TDW support)

Same here..

I finally decided to get a refund from Apple (great costumer service BTW). It's such a shame, I think episode one was great and I was really excited to play the remaining four.

Ipad 4 - cannot download episodes 2-5

I just bought multiepisode pack for $14.99; however I cannot download any of them, the download wont even start, it goes from 0.00% to 0% and then nothing happens. Is there a solution to this problem...
