Can I make a suggestion? How hard would it be to add an option on the past purchases page that said something like: "Add a game I already own" Then we could just enter our activation codes or something, or email address we used to purchase the game, and add the games we bought through the old site.

Maybe just merging everything like what Doug said would be easier, but in case it isn't maybe what I said could work instead.
