The first is automatic (Bus towing guy). You should be able to get 5 total in Trogdor's sanctum; 4 for the peasants on the pedestals, and a 5th for giving one to Trogdor directly. I'd put peasants on pedestals BEFORE you attack, My last run through I only needed 3 on the pedestals to beat Trogdor. The last is using the Peasants on the "mysterious bush" near Bubs'.
But yeah, You're gonna have to play through again. I think the peasants, the one commando, and the Trogdor shirt are the only things you HAVE to do in Standard Play. Don't quote me on that, though -- I'm running from memory, It's early, I have a math final in a few hours and I couldn't sleep.
