Probably the easiest way for this to get started is for you to open up your start menu, go to "Run" and type dxdiag. That will bring up this window that will think for a minute. When it's done figuring things out, click the button on the bottom right that says "Save All Information." Just save it off to your desktop or somewhere easy to reach. Then attach it to your post in this thread. I'll be able to use that to track down all of the necessary information.
