Telltale Games Forums - View Single Post - the game will not download the key needed to play

the message comes just when i hit the icon for some and max game.
it says its trying to get a key i guess to activate it
then it comes up with that msg...

also i did send 2 emails to support@telltalegames.com earlyer 2day
around 4pm uk time... still no word nothing from themi put on that email
my oder id
and hardware fingerprint
and name
