Okay, I just downloaded and successfully installed and activated Out from Boneville. The order number I was using was from before we moved to this website, so I got an error message that my purchase was not complete (which is expected behavior). I was then able to unlock it with an activation key, no problems, no errors about missing tags.
I suggest you uninstall Boneville, do a search for any remaining Boneville files and delete them, and then download again
