This will be my last comment in this thread, as it looks we're not going anywhere:
It's not hard to see TT has considered localized versions, if they haven't done it at launch time it's because they must have had their reasons.
I bet they are aware there are multiple requests for other languages, and I guess they will check their post-launch sale numbers and potential customer market size and see if it's worth or not and WHEN would it be best for them to do it (from a bussiness point of view)
As a side note, whenever addresing someone (TT in this case) try not to use terms like 'TT should (obligation)' instead others like 'TT could (possibility/suggestion)'. Also all the language fight, which is better/worse argument, is pointless and irrelevant let's leave the egos at home.
I see it may be helpful TT to consider making a sticky stating his stance about localized versions so the topic doesn't come back up each now and then for -insert a random language here-
