Default support ticket 20389

Hi josvo,
I remember replying to this ticket and asking you to request another request code as the one provided was invalid. Maybe a junk or spam folder has eaten my reply?

Go ahead and send me a private message with the new request code and I'll shoot over a manual unlock code.
