I am not very computer literate and just downloaded the first chapter of TOMI and I am getting a message that says application has failed to start because d3dx9_41.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I would try to re-install it, but I can't figure out how. I have tried right clicking on the icon to uninstall & re-install, but that's not an option for some reason. I can't find the file when I do a general search for it, so I can't uninstall that way.

Can anyone help? Thanks.
