They're not going back to Flotsam and no it's not sarcasm.
If they were going back to Flotsam that would mean the re-use of old material which Telltale won't do I hope.
And if they did, then chapter 3 could be ready in 1 week since they dont need to make new locations, which in a way would be awesome.
