I bought the game "Tales of Monkey Island", but a normal code was sent to me instead of a gift code. I sent a mail to support, and it hasn't been answered. The issue id was "issue-24352".

Now, when I enter into my account, I see that I have a new order number (I think that is the GIFT one), but I haven't any gift code :s I send a new mail to support, and two issues were created, "issue-25003" and "issue-25020", but I have no answer.

Could you please send me the GIFT code?
