Simple. Don't pick up the cue cards to use against Lincon. You don't really need them anyway. You can also get a different Zelda 64-like animation if you don't pick up the ribbon off the desk.
And if you don't know what I'm talking about, in Zelda 64 there is a part where you have an opprotunity to mess with a NPC who runs the Fishing Pond. As an adult, link can "accidently" hook his hat while trying to fish. You then can sink his hat into the lake, forcing you to pay for it out of your pocket. However, during the credits when they show all the characters you've met, the NPC won't have his hat on as a result. The alternate animation is with the NPC's hat still on his head.
