Set your display color depth to 32 bit. That should help with the crash.
You will probably also have to reduce the graphics quality, because your graphics chip is quite slow.
If you're luck you can install the
latest Intel Driver for that graphics chip.
The drivers for that audio chip are only supplied by notebook manufacturers, not by Analog Devices or Conexant themselves. Updating these would require looking for AD1981HD drivers for a different notebook, if necessary.
changing the graphics quality
Start the game.
Select "Settings". Click the red arrows until you see "graphics settings".
Set "quality" to 1 and test the game. If you want increase it as long as it runs well.
