Please keep us updated in this thread once you have a rough idea of what the issue is and/or how long it'll take to fix.

I also got TOMI through the MacHeist bundle, and while I had no issues downloading/registering like some folks, I have the same crash problems.

All episodes crash after a few seconds of dock-icon bouncing, and I never get a splash screen.
I've tried relaunching multiple times, running from the DMG as well as from the Applications folder, restarting the machine, invoking the binary directly from Terminal.app as suggested here, and even repairing permissions as suggested by one of your team in another thread, here. (although I can't see why that would affect anything, as permission repair only affects Apple-Installer system components, and game installation doesn't poke around in there AFAIS.)

All to no avail.

The error is always a segmentation fault,
Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS .

The machine is a Macbook Santa Rosa, (MacBook3,1; Core 2 Duo), with 4GB RAM, using the built-in Intel GMA X3100 attached to an Apple 20" ACD (1680x1050) display.

OS X version is 10.5.8; TOMI was installed & run from an admin account.

AFAICS, this meets the Mac system requirements here.

I've pretty much spent all the time I can justify on it at this point, beyond checking this thread occasionally. As I got the MacHeist bundle specifically for TOMI (none of the other apps are useful to me as pay-apps), it will be very disappointing if it doesn't get sorted out.
