About the preorder,
I stumbled across Tales when it had launched Siege of Spinner Cay and purchased the series then.
Does that actually mean I had preordered TOMI, or did I have to order it before Lauch of the Screaming Narwhal was released?

This is to do with ordering and whether I'll get the Collector's edition with Purcell slipcase.
