If you buy from Telltale, none of them have Spanish subtitles.
The first season had a Spanish PC and Wii retail version on stores; you should be able to find it without many problems. Besides, it was released in multilanguage on the Xbox Live
The second season was also released in multilanguage on the Xbox Live, but today was announced that the second season will not have a Spanish PC retail version. Only Wii, and only in Game.es. (But maybe the European release -which will be released in Portugal, France, Italy, among others- actually HAS the Spanish subtitles...)
It's too early yet to say what could happen with season three. But for now it's English only, both in PC, Mac, iPad and PSN.
