Ok, so I got to the part after you use the ventriloquist dummy on the steamer trunk to find out there's a Vampire curse related parchment in it but I can't figure out what to do from there. No new dialog options for Jurgen, and there doesn't seem to be anything else to do really. He keeps visiting the room too, even though I used the letter on the daddy mole.

Edit: Nevermind, got it. For anyone who is having trouble like me

Hint:
Make sure to dispose of all the piles of luggage you find.
