Indeed they should! I'm a big fan of Poirot (especially with David Suchet) and I'd love to see how Telltale would tackle the Belgian master detective.
There has been made a few adventure games of Agatha Christies novels, like
Murder on the orient express and
And then there were none. Good games but sadly not excellent like the novells.
