Well, in Curse of Monkey Island you can get an easter egg if you take the sea of Blood Island 25 times.
You see the corpse of Guybrush from the first Monkey Island when you wait more than 10 minutes underwater tied to the idol. The CoMI Guybrush walks in from the right, says something and leaves again.
