So I checked up a few threads but didn't got quite much.

I bought the S&M Collection with some other neat things, but I noticed the DVDs were not included in shipping, so I thought maybe I can place another free (except for shipping or include it within the original order maybe?) request for those games, but it says my order number is invalid, probably because of other things included, but I didn't know that it would cause problems. Could you please seek a way to fix this smoothly with not so much moneyloss?
