I cannot get the graphics to change.

When I change it to "1" there is no difference. Other than that everything seems ok.

MotherBoard: Asus M4A78T-E
CPU: AMD Phenom II Quad-core 945 3GHz
RAM: 8GB
Video: ATI Radeon HD3300
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
