I don't even know how to download the episode. The listing of My Games shows that I should have it, but I can't click on it or anything else to actually get it. I pre-ordered episode 1 with the free code in the Blu-Ray trilogy, and tried to do it again just now (post-release). I now show that I should have gotten episode 1 twice on the My Games page, but I have no idea what to do about it.
