Perhaps a link to the
official support FAQ in the support section? It might be a little out of date but still has lots of useful info about the store, unlocking games, and dealing with technical problems.

For the PC/Mac games downloaded from Telltale's website, the answer is generally 'yes'. There is a limit to the number of different machines you can unlock the game on (with your username/password or serial number/unlock code) but from all reports it's reasonably generous, and if you do hit the limit, a kind email to
support@telltalegames.com may get it increased or reset.
However, this doesn't mean you can just let all your friends use your TTG account to play a game you bought - if they really like it, they should buy it themselves.
Of course, once you've got the DVD, there's nothing stopping you lending that to your friends so they can play the games - most of the Telltale DVDs just need the disc in the drive to play.
