[X] Can you hold your breath for 10 minutes? Never tried, but I'm confident.

[ ] Any history of mental illness? Mental illnesses have a vivid and colorful history.

[X] Are you the current head of your household? Yes, but I have only one, not three.

[X] Would you be missed? Hopefully. It hurts if not. Physically.
